MEMORIES OF PERTH

Peggy and I took a train from the Warwick Railway station to Ledderville. From Ledderville, we walked about 500 meters to Lake Monger. The delay at Hillary's Harbor is a blessing in disguise, because when we reached Lake Monger, we were just in time to view the lake at sunset. Upon reaching Lake Monger, we were welcomed by the residents of Lake Monger, the black swans. These elegant creatures do not fear human and allow you to hand feed them. You can see the black swans everywhere, waddling, swimming or simply lazing around. Lake Monger is also home to many other species of birds.

Peggy and I stayed at Lake Monger to view the sun set and happily we left Lake Monger with many happy memories to bring back with us.
