MEMORIES OF PERTH

On our way back to the hotel, we had dinner at "Alfred's Kitchen". The guide Molly from the Swan Valley Trails & Horse-riding centre recommend Peggy and I have our dinner there, saying that Alfred's Kitchen make the best burgers in Perth. Alfred's Kitchen is located 200 meters in front of Guildford Railway station. The shop was in business since 1946. They have a variety of food, including steak burgers, toast, fries, pea soup and lots more. We tried a steak burger named "Cramp", a toast called "Alfred's' Special" and some pea soup. This is suppose to be their specialty. "Cramp" is humongous!!! It's even bigger than a "big Mac". It consist of bacon, eggs, cheese, lettuce, 2 pieces of steak and tomatoes. "Alfred's Special" consist of beef patty, cheese, eggs, lettuce and tomatoes between 2 slices of toast. Both burgers are very delicious. The setup a campfire outside the shop. You can seat by the fire and have your dinner. This was a great feeling, especially during the cold winter nights.
